Possible payment options at the Safeluka store
Payment for goods is accepted by bank transfer, for cash, as well as payment online and in the store "Luka Safes" (Kyiv, Lva Tolstoy St., 16) with any Visa and MasterCard of any bank.The order of mutual settlements is as follows.
For legal entities:
- When placing an order, please provide all the necessary data for issuing an invoice and documents for shipment by e-mail: info@safeluka.com.ua.
- An invoice can be issued both from an LLC and from a FOP. Pay attention to the expiration date of the account. After its expiration, the ordered goods are removed from the reserve. Therefore, if you want to pay an overdue invoice, check with the manager for the availability of goods in stock.
- All necessary documents (original invoice and invoices) will be delivered to you along with the order by our courier (in Kyiv) or by the delivery service "Nova Poshta" (in Ukraine).
- You can also pick up the goods yourself from the store "Luka Safes" at L. Tolstoy St., 16.
- The goods are delivered according to a preliminary agreement with the Customer.
- You can buy a safe or other products from the range directly in our store at Kyiv, L. Tolstoy st., 16.
- You can place an order in our online store with delivery in Kyiv by our courier, pickup from the store or with delivery by the "Nova Poshta" service.
- After receiving the order, our managers will agree with you on the terms of payment and delivery that are convenient for you.
- You can pay for the goods in cash to the courier or in the store, by bank card or cash on delivery * upon receipt of the goods at the Nova Poshta branch. For payment by credit card, you will be sent the necessary details.
- You will receive a warranty card and a sales receipt together with the goods.
1. This payment method does not apply to all catalog models.
- Orders for the amount up to 2000 UAH are sent only upon full prepayment. Shipping costs are paid by the customer.
- Orders worth more than UAH 2,000 are sent after the customer transfers an advance payment equal to the cost of sending the goods to the customer's Novaya Pochta branch and back.
In case of refusal of the goods without objective reasons (for example, damage to the goods by the carrier during transportation), the amount of the prepayment to the customer is not returned.

Return of goods, exchange, warranty obligations are carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights" subject to the requirements and terms specified in the law. To do this, please contact the store where the purchase was made.
